(TSX-V: AXE), a leading developer of high performance computing applications, today announced that technology veteran Steve Reed has joined the organization as Business Development Manager for the Energy Sector. Steve will be responsible for managing existing business while identifying new strategic accounts and channel partner opportunities with energy producers, seismic processors and software providers.

With over 35 years experience in global high tech account management and business development, Reed brings extensive community connections to Acceleware. Previous to joining Acceleware, Reed held senior-level, account executive positions with Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems and Unisys.
