CALGARY, Alberta – December 4, 2008 – Acceleware Corp. (“Acceleware” or the “Company”) announced today that Mr. Norman Tsui, the Company’s Vancouver-based Chief Financial Officer, has provided notice of his intention to step down from that position effective December 5, 2008, to pursue other business opportunities and to spend more time with his family. Mr. Tsui will be retained by the Company on a part-time consulting basis to provide continuity during the transition to a new Chief Financial Officer as well as to provide analytical and related support for ongoing commercial transactions in the normal course of business over the same period.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Tsui for his dedicated service to the Company over the past two years and, in particular, for the vital role he played in the recent corporate restructuring and strategic renewal process. The Board wishes him every success in his future endeavours.

The Board of Directors is commencing a search to identify a suitable replacement for Mr. Tsui and the Company will issue a further press release once a new Chief Financial Officer has been appointed.
