(TSX VENTURE:AXE), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a consulting engagement (the "Consulting Agreement") that will enable a major oil company to run one of its seismic migration algorithms on Graphics Processing Units (GPUs). The Consulting Agreement (which is denominated in US dollars) is valued at approximately $347,095 CDN.

The purchaser of these Acceleware services is one of the world's largest oil companies, and the Consulting Agreement is expected to be completed before the end of 2009.
